Refund Policy

Once your order is placed, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you notice you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at oakahandeve19@outlook.com and we will try our hardest to make adjustments for you. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

We will happily provide you with a refund for your item(s), given you meet the following criteria:

  • Return initiated within 7 days of receiving your purchase
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Must have all tags still attached

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, please contact us at oakahandeve19@outlook.com. After your items are evaluated, we will send you confirmation that your return has been accepted, along with instructions on how & where to return your package. Any items that are sent back to us directly will unfortunately not be accepted. Return shipping is at customers own expense. 

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be issued with a refund to your original payment method. Please give this some time, as banks can take some time to process. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if for some reason you received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate for you and have the problem rectified.
